Eating out is fantastic and I love it but sometimes all I want to do is stay home in my fat pants, watch a little TV (usually Netflix) and eat some tasty comfort food which on Friday nights is usually Chinese. The problem with Take Out is is carb heavy, 2 weeks worth of Sodium and it can also be expensive. I’ve found a solution to the problem and it’s called cooking! I know it’s such a novel idea, who would have thought of it? The reason I don’t cook more at home is because I rarely have all the ingredients I need. I lead a busy Urban lifestyle, as many of us do, and I generally grocery shop on a day to day basis as needed. Well part of my problem and yours is about to be solved thanks to my friends and sponsors of my 30 Days of CNY (Chinese New Years), Blue Dragon.
