Around this time of year, we start getting into the spirit of giving. But with so many worthy causes to support, it’s easy to be torn. What to do?

Bif Naked, recording star and Vancouver icon, has a suggestion. Support AIDS Vancouver – and get her latest single “Intellectual”, produced especially for World AIDS Day on December 1.

All proceeds from Bif Naked's new single "Intellectual" will go to supporting AIDS Vancouver's programs and services for people with HIV.

Here’s Bif’s special message to her fans:

“With purity and total love, we have given our hearts to our friends. We have donated a new song, “Intellectual” to AIDS Vancouver for World AIDS Day on December 1st. ALL proceeds from this song go directly to AIDS Vancouver //www.aidsvancouver.org/ please join me in supporting people living with HIV. With love and devotion, from my heart. Love, Biffy xoxox”

You can get the song from iTunes and Google Music.

AIDS Vancouver staff and volunteers will be holding an Open House on December 1 at their downtown Vancouver headquarters at 1107 Seymour St. from 10 am- 6 pm to showcase their work in the Greater Vancouver community and to raise food and donations for their annual Holiday Grocery Drive. Along with Amazing Race contender Ryan Steele, Bif Naked will be on hand for selfies and autographs from noon – 1 pm, by donation of course. It’s your opportunity to meet two extraordinary people who believe in the important work that AIDS Vancouver does to support people with HIV/AIDS, and those who are at risk.

You can also be entered into a draw for two tickets anywhere WestJet flies! The draw will be done on December 2 and advertised on aidsvancouver.org/worldaidsday, and the winner will be notified by emailed shortly after the draw.

If you can’t make it out to AIDS Vancouver on December 1, please check out their website for the Wish List items they need most, or volunteer to help on Grocery Day December 16 and pass the spirit of giving on!
