I’m Blue About My Last Food Truck with @CkGolfsolutions at Taco Fino Cantina

It’s the end of 30 Day Food Trucks but not my last time eating at them

Well this is it. The final food truck in this phase of my 30 Day Adventures. For my big finale I chose my special guest with care, my good buddy Jeff Ciecko. We met a few years ago via twitter and have worked together a couple of times since meeting so why not a great lunch on the last day of my 30 Day Food Trucks Adventure. The final truck is TacoFino Blue Burrito Truck. I’ve already visited the Orange Truck which specializes in Tacos, but the Blue is all about Burritos.

Located on Burrard at Dunsmuir it’s half way between my office and Jeff’s office.

This truck and location has no shortage of patrons. A great menu and it’s proximity to the office towers and Burrard Skytrain station make it a natural food truck spot. Speaking of menu Jeff ordered the Chicken Burrito while I went with the special of the day which was a Flank Steak Burrito.

There was quite a crowd in front of us today but the wait was only about 10 minutes. So that’s not too bad. It gave us time to catch up though as it’s been a few weeks since I’ve had a chance to talk in depth with Jeff. A few conferences, seminars and clients have all happened since the last time we connected.

Food is up, our names have been called.

And here is the official last photo of me stuffing my face with food for this Adventure Series.

last one I promise

Oh so tasty.

Definitely keep up to date with both the Orange and Blue Trucks on their Twitter and Facebook pages.

Thanks for following along with this adventure but don’t worry I’m not done yet… Stay tuned for phase three. It’s gonna be big!!!
